I contacted 3 companies initially for a quote and Whiteley removals responded back straight away and booked in a time to come and see the property. This showed reliability and trust straight away as the other firms either didn't respond or just emailed back after a few days to say we need to see it, but made no attempt to organise a date. This told me all I needed to know and I didn't even bother to pursue any of the other firms for quotes. On the day they arrived on time and were helpful and polite. I can't believe how quickly they got things out, and took them straight to storage for us. Would definitely use them again in the future.
